We were having problems getting a car registered, and it was suggested to us by Frank at FW Eurocars (located near the airport at El Altet. The process took some time but she assisted with an Engineer to take the car for an ITV (the temporary registration had expired) on his trade plates. After that Anna filed all the documents to with the Traficos, and some time later (the car was imported in late 2019, just before the pandemic) the news came back that the car was registered! Some patience was required, but that was not the fault of Anna at AE Gestoria. Always helpful, and always on the case. The quotation we had was spot on, and no extra costs were incurred - it’s a big powerful car, so we wondered about the carbon tax and the local tax in Yecla. But no, the fees quoted were correct, and much less than the quote we were originally given by the importers in Valencia. I highly recommend their services, and would have no hesitation in using them again. In fact we are, as a random speeding ticket is likely coming our way.
