We asked Anna to help us import a LH drive car from the UK into Spain and she was able to help us with every step of a fairly lengthy, and sometimes quite complicated, process. The fact that she is half Spanish, half English meant that she could communicate easily with officialdom while being able to explain to us at every step what was going on. That she belongs to a Hacienda of Gestors (like a trade body) meant that her colleagues were also able to help at times like when things became less straightforward and we unexpectedly had to apply for a 'Certificado de NIE'. Anna did everything in her power to ensure that we met our quite tight deadline for completion. We were very impressed and would have no hesitation in recommending her to others.
